How does the scheme work?

One of our Directors analyses your business and agrees the key performance criteria for each part of it. He then benchmarks each part against the level of performance needed to reach your objectives for the short and mid term.

The Director remains responsible throughout for monitoring the contract between the company and MBA Ltd. Having set the benchmarks, we provide consultancy to implement the agreed changes, with any specialist advice and coaching as and when it is required. The Director monitors the changes throughout the year - or agreed time period - following the initial review.

What does it cost?

We agree at the start how much time to allocate - anything from one day a month or more. This will be a mix of consultancy advice, training and coaching, as circumstances demand. In addition we provide help on the telephone or by e-mail for all those problems which arise suddenly and need a quick answer.

The cost of the Business Support Plan varies from £250 per month, according to the level of support agreed at the commencement of the Plan.
